The EP2 in-ear headphone from RBH Sound includes a 13mm driver and a 1.2-meter cable that is encased in a woven cloth material that is designed to eliminate the problem of tangling.
Very quietly, the Utah-based loudspeaker company RBH Sound introduced a line of headphones to provide its dealers with headphone solutions that meet the needs of today’s portable audio generation. Adding to its headphone products the company recently announced its new EP2 in-ear headphone that are designed to provide all of the benefits of the company’s EP1 product with added user convenience features.Highlighting those user convenience features are a built-in remote control and microphone that RBH says work with Apple iOS, Android and other smart phone products. These feature are designed to allow users to listen to music, and place and receive phone calls without much distraction. “The EP2s are a welcome addition to our personal audio product line-up.” says Daren Egan, director of sales and marketing for RBH Sound.
“The EP1 is a great product, and [it] has been very successful for our company. There are those however, who want more than just high-fidelity sound ... they want remote control and hand-free ability. The EP2 gives those listeners yet another reason to enjoy and control their music on the go.”
To ensure sound quality, RBH utilizes a custom-designed, 13mm full-range driver that is engineered to be compact, smooth and extended. The headphones’ black-and-silver casing and control module are made from aluminum to provide a sleek appearance and durability. The headphones also feature a 1.2-meter cord that is wrapped in a woven-cloth cover to eliminate tangling and to ensure its long life.
RBH ships the headphones with a set of pre-installed, medium size Comply foam tips and four pairs of interchangeable ear cushions are also included for added comfort. The headphones are backed by a two-year warranty and when they are not in use consumers can store them in their carrying pouch.
